Terms and Conditions :

  1. The Holiday offer (“2 nights accommodation”) is open for Tata Teleservices Limited, Tata Indicom (CDMA) post paid customers who have been activated for the first time, during the Offer Period through the designated Tata Indicom stores stores.
  2. The list of the designated TTSL COCO stores is available on Tata Indicom website
  3. The Offer is not open for employees, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of TTSL and the relatives of such persons.
  4. The Offer is valid in all TTSL telecom circles, from June 2010 onwards.
  5. The “Holiday voucher" entitles the eligible TTSL subscriber for two night’s accommodation (only lodging) for two persons at resorts or hotels listed on this voucher.
  6. TTSL will not be responsible for the loss or theft of the “Holiday Voucher”.
  7. The eligible TTSL subscriber should get the booking of the Holiday Voucher done through Travel Port Holidays [India] Pvt Ltd office in Mumbai (India) and not directly at the hotels
  8. The eligible TTSL subscriber should provide minimum of three unique options of dates and destinations for processing his booking  
  9. TTSL Subscriber must make the booking request a minimum  of 21 days in advance before holiday period
  10. The Offer requires the eligible TTSL subscriber availing the Offer to pay utility charges of Rs. 798/- on confirmation of the booking.  Payment will have to be made in cash or demand draft in the name of "TravelPort Holidays (India) Pvt. Ltd.”, payable at Mumbai.
  11. The benefits of Offer can be redeemed by the eligible TTSL subscriber till 31st May 2011.
  12. On receipt of the utility charges, TravelPort shall issue confirmation voucher to the eligible subscriber
  13. The eligible subscriber availing the Offer should produce the confirmation voucher at the concerned resort/hotel, in the absence of which TTSL or Travel port will not entertain any claim..
  14. The Holiday voucher cannot be redeemed by the eligible TTSL subscriber during the peak periods of Diwali, Christmas Holidays, New Year holidays (i.e. from 18th December to 4th January) & Bank Holidays.
  15. The eligible TTSL subscribers understand that TTSL is not responsible for the process of issuance of hotel vouchers or any deficiency in the accommodation facility or any other facility at the hotels/resort and any remedies in this regard shall lie only against Travel port.
  16. The Holiday voucher is non-refundable, non-encashable, non-extendable, non- transferable and non-negotiable.
  17. The eligible TTSL subscribers understand that hotels have right to charge for the additional facilities like additional bed, telephones, heaters, laundry, food package and other leisure facilities. All extras that are not mentioned in the packages are to be paid directly to the hotel before check-out. Charges for extra beds and accompanying children will be additional.
  18. Additional charges/taxes if applicable are to be borne by the concerned TTSL subscriber and have to be paid to the hotel directly.
  19. The Offer has to be utilized by the TTSL subscriber to whom it is issued. Such TTSL subscriber is responsible for the other accompanying person accepting the terms & conditions mentioned herein.
  20. The Holiday voucher does not include any other administrative charges or facilities not mentioned herein.
  21. The Holiday voucher can be redeemed only once. At a time only one gift voucher can be redeemed by the beneficiary.
  22. Travel Port reserves right to change the redemption hotels with prior notice.
  23. Any disputes are subject to the Jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts only.           
  24. A service fee of Rs. 200/- will be applicable in case of any amendments / changes required once the booking is confirmed. Not more than one amendment / change in the booking will be permitted.
  25. TTSL reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Offer after due intimation to the subscribers.

How to book your Holidays:

Reservation request has to be given minimum of 21 working days in advance.

Option 1. Customer is required to fill in the reservation slip as given below with 3 options of unique destinations and dates and send it to TravelPort office by courier or post with a Demand Draft of Rs. 798/- towards utility charges in the name of TravelPort Holidays (India) Pvt. Ltd., payable at Mumbai. Proof of posting shall not be a proof of receipt of the Booking Request Form by TravelPort.

Option 2. Log on to http://www.rewardport.in/ttsloffer/   and fill in the booking reservation request Form with 3 options of unique destinations and dates, along with all mentioned requisite details. On successful submission you will receive acknowledgment.

Please remember the booking will be processed only on receipt of the payable charges and the holiday voucher. TravelPort shall not be held liable or responsible for any Booking Request Forms that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, late or mutilated

On receiving the request for reservation, TravelPort will issue a confirmation slip & will then be sent to you by Fax or courier. In the unlikely event of booking being unavailable due to certain unavoidable reason, the demand draft and original holiday voucher will be returned for future usage.
