To activate the pack :

1. Send DB "Offer Price" to 58265
2. Contact your nearest retailer for an EVD recharge
3. Call 12524 for any further information and activation.

To deactivate Pack:

1. Send UNSUB "Offer Price" to 58265.
2. Example: UNSUB5 to 58265.

Postpaid Pack

Usage beyond the capping or validity period will be charged at according to the bill plan . The above packs shall get auto renewed after every billing cycle. Customer after activating these packs can enjoy free usage on Tatazone Internet Browsing. Free usage is applicable till max usage cap.

To activate the pack :

1. Send "DB {Offer price}" to 58265
2. Call 121 for any further information and activation.

To deactivate Pack:

1. Send UNSUB "Offer Price" to 58265
2. Or call 121 to deactivate the pack.

Tatazone Internet packs are different value schemes available in both postpaid and prepaid service - to provide you with internet services on your handset at unbelievable rates. So you can enjoy “continuous wireless connection” to Internet while on move, applicable duration based on the chosen pack - charges you opted.

So just activate a scheme with a pre-decided amount and access your favorite web pages, social interaction sites, entertainment services and other web applications. Also, download limitlessly without caring about per KB charges.

To activate postpaid pack :

1. Send "DB {Offer price}" to 121
2. Call 121 for any further information and activation.

Terms and Conditions

Applicable for both prepaid and postpaid CIMO customers.

The pack is applicable only for usage of "internet services on WAP and BREW platforms" and is in no way applicable for any other content based or other data charges on the platforms.

1. Every pack is subjected to a corresponding capping - the volume threshold set for the particular pack.
2. Any usage of internet services beyond the volume threshold or after the validity of pack is crossed in terms of duration, will be charged at a rate of 50 Paisa / MB for postpaid and 10P/10Kb for prepaid .
3. The internet usage with the pack corresponds to only the services offered on WAP and BREW platforms and not for offline internet usage i.e. usage of handset as modem.
4. Data Pack activation via EVD mode will not fall under the purview of Auto-renewal
5. Any unutilized Data usage will lapse at the end of the offer validity period
6. The data benefit of the existing data pack will be forfeited if recharged with another data pack
7. Tethering will be applicable at 1x speeds only and will be considered under Pack benefits
8. Tethering at 3x speeds will not be applicable on Data Packs and will be charges at standard browsing tariff.
9. To check available data balance send DP BAL to 58265
10. Standard data browsing charges of 50p/Mb for postpaid and 10P/10Kb for prepaid shall apply in case where no data pack has been activated
11. Standard charges of 10p/10Kb shall apply on browsing the WAPsite.
