- Go Extra offer is available only on select handset models as specified from time to time by Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL), purchased through dealers authorized by TTSL from time to time. TTSL will not be responsible for handset damage or loss. This offer is available without the handsets also
- On usage of this facility, the call charges will be as per the call charges associated with the SMS based Special call charges
- Customer will get initial validity of 180 days
- Free talk time of Rs.10/-. The call charges applicable for this free talk time of Rs.10 will be as specified overleaf
- Customer will get Bonus talk time equal to the talk time on recharge cards for every recharge done within 180 days from the first call date
- The bonus talk time referred to in (c) above is valid for 365 days from the first call date. Talk time can be utilized for availing of all voice and sms services provided to the customer.
- The charges applicable will be as per the charges of the last recharge card used
- Usage charges will be deducted first from the bonus talk time. After the bonus talk time is exhausted, usage charges will be deducted from the core account
- The customer will not be able to know the balance in his bonus account through IVR announcement. Customer will have to call the call center on the numbers specified overleaf to get details of the same
- The Bonus talktime will be valid till the expiry of the active period of the account or 365 days from the first call date, whichever is earlier.
- The active period of the account shall mean the period starting upon activation of the account and ending on date of (i) expiry of the initial validity period of the starter pack or (ii) expiry of the validity period of the recharge voucher used, whichever is latter.
- To carry forward the balance in his core account beyond the initial validity period, the customer needs to recharge his account with a voucher having a validity period.
- To the extent permitted under applicable rules and regulations, TTSL reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Go Extra offer from time to time without prior notice
- Provision of the services is subject to terms and conditions as prescribed in Customer Application Form and other documents signed and furnished by customer(s).

A. The call charges applicable to the bonus tariff will be according to the recharge voucher used by the customer. For instance, if the customer uses a standard voucher, then the tariff applicable to the bonus talk time will be according to the base tariff of the starter pack. However, if the customer uses a tariff change voucher, then the call charges will be according to the tariff change voucher.

A. The validity of the bonus talk time is 365 days from the first call date

A. After 365 days, whatever residual bonus talk time lapses and will not be available to the customer

In order to take advantage of the Double talk time, the customer needs to use vouchers that have talk time. If the customer chooses to use a voucher with no talk time, then he only gets the benefits of that voucher and no bonus talk time
