Group SMS

Tata Indicom brings for your corporations, its Group SMS service. A comprehensive solution that provides your affiliates and employees the ease of sending a message to a set of people in one go instead of sending it again and again. This can be done either using Tata Indicom mobile phone or a mobile phone of any other operator*.

The service also provides a customer friendly web administrator module for updating employees' data, create common group names and assign access rights. Once created and configured, the corporations can use these common group names to send a group message using a list of predefined SMS keywords.

*Enterprise customer has to subscribe to a 10-digit SMS code using SMS gateway service offering from Tata Indicom.

Group SMS - Features

• If the group name is not written in the SMS, the message will be delivered to the default group ID.
• You can change the default group name anytime during the service.
• Receiver can view the sender's number.

Tata Indicom customers using a Tata Indicom CDMA device to send a group SMS service to any 4 digit or a 10 digit A series of '922305ABCD' has already been blocked for SMS Gateway Service. SMS Codes is Rs. 2 per message. This price is same as for information SMS Service.

Terms & Conditions

• The one time fees is applicable of the number of user licenses.
• In case of upgradation to a new number of licenses, incremental one time cost will be charged
• The maximum number of groups supported by the service will eequal to the number of user licenses bought from the customer.
• The above charges do not include any system administration job and infrastructure costs that may be required by an enterprise customer for this service.
