  • Feature has been added under ‘My Account’ option on Tata indicom website. Once customer has logged on to his/her account, customer can select ‘My Plan’ option under ‘Account Setup’ where customer can select the option to view recommended customized plan.
  • Once customer clicks on the link the request ID is generated and published on the window displayed.
  • Customer is requested to revisit after 48hrs.
  • After 48hrs customer can click on request ID link to view the description on ‘Best recommended plan’
  • The recommendation is based on considering customer’s usage in maximum of his last 3 bills.
  • The top 5 tariff plans and top 5 on-net add on packs are fed into the system to calculate the best fit tariff plan.
  • When customer’s request is executed in backend, customer’s usage in latest bills is recalculated with top 5 plan tariff rates and compared. The lowest amongst all is recommended to the customer. The tariff rates of the recommended plan will be displayed on the same window for customer’s better understanding.
  • Customer will have to raise tariff plan change request separately through the same link or contact customer touch points.
  • Know everything about your account with us from plan details to credit limit.
  • Apply to TRAI’s Do not Disturb Facility.
  • Delegate – If you want to delegate the account usage / payment facility for a temporary period.
  • Change your password.
  • Club and view details of your other Tata Indicom Accounts.
  • Activate and deactivate features on your phone.
  • Bar and unbar usage if you have misplaced your phone.
  • Apply for a duplicate bill.
  • Change your billing address.
  • Register and follow up on complaints.
  • View your current and past (6 months) bills online.
  • Ask for bill on email.
  • Make secure online payments.
  • Subscribe / unsubscribe to the alerts and reminders you want
    – e.g. Get reminders about your Bill due date, payment credited,
    past payment dues and much more….
