Missed call alert (MCA) is a FREE service where a mobile subscriber gets notification about missed calls, if the called party is not reachable. Subscriber gets alerts for all types of calls that he missed i.e. Local, STD and ISD calls.

Missed calls alert notifications will be provided to subscribers when called party falls in any of the following categories

• Phone switched off
• Subscriber out of network coverage area
• Subscriber busy without call waiting activated
• Subscriber on a data call
