Modalities

  1. Get a Free Scratch card on Purchase on any Tata Indicom Prepaid connection from Tata Indicom Exclusive Store across Haryana during scheme period
  2. Scratch and you stand a chance to win an assured prize out of following options

  4. LG DVD Player
  5. Tata Indicom Handsets (each worth not more than Rs. 1,000)
  6. Table Clocks
  7. Discount Card of Rs. 100
  8. Discount card can be redeemed against postpaid (CMO + Walky + Photon) purchase from same Tata Indicom Exclusive store on or before 31st Dec’10.

Terms & Conditions

  1. This programme is for Tata Indicom Prepaid Mobile Connection purchased from Tata Indicom Exclusive Stores only of M/s Tata Teleservices Ltd. (“TTL” or “Company”) for Haryana Service Area Only and shall be valid from 10th Sep’10 to 09th Nov’10
  2. In all 02 LG LCD TV 32”(Model – LD 340), 05 LG DVD Players (Model – DV430B), 10 Tata Indicom Handsets (Model – Samsung Fortress 159), 3992 (three thousand nine hundred ninety two) table clocks and discount cards worth Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred each), shall be distributed under the programme.
  3. One Scratch Card shall be issued against each subscription to Tata Indicom prepaid mobile connection purchased from Tata Indicom Exclusive Stores only.
  4. The Scratch Card if bearing either of the prize/ discount, shall be presented to the Tata Indicom store representative for redemption of prize.
  5. A customer shall only be entitled to receive the gift / prize as mentioned on his / her respective scratch card, post verification of the credentials as mentioned on the Customer Application Form filled at time of subscribing to connection.
  6. Company does not guarantee merchantability or fitness of the prizes and any claim in respect of same shall lie with the respective manufacturer. Visuals displayed here may vary from the actuals in terms of make, brand, weight and color and model.
  7. Process of distribution of prizes may take 2 to 3 weeks  period post conclusion of the programme period and no claim shall lie for delay in distributing the prizes.
  8. Prizes are non transferable. The delivery of the gift / prizes will be made only after submitting original scratch card at the Tata Indicom Exclusive stores .
  9.  Collection of prizes shall remain responsibility of eligible subscriber at his/her/ its costs and risks.  Last date to claim gift is 15th Nov,  2010 & Last date to redeem discount card is 31st Dec, 2010. Claims received after the mentioned dates will be dishonoured.
  10. Details of winners shall remain confidential and Company shall be under no obligation of any kind to share the modalities with any participant and no such demand shall lie against the Company.
  11. This is a voluntary programme and the Company reserves the right to withdraw/ scrap this programme at any point of time, if so deemed fit and / or required by Law or otherwise and no claim shall lie against Company in such event, in any manner whatsoever and no specific notice shall be given on above account to the participants.
  12. Taxes, levies, as applicable, on prizes shall be payable by winner upfront in the manner as may be specified by the Company.
  13. TTSL shall not be liable for any delay / failure to comply with its obligation caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, war, political unrest, riots, accidents, act of God or any other unavoidable reasons beyond its control.
  14. Disputes, if any, shall be solely subject to Courts exercising jurisdiction over Karnal.
