We pledge to offer insignificant call drops on our network, failing which we will impose penalty on ourselves

1. If call drops are more than 1.5% of total calls in a month, we will refund our Tata Indicom customers 2.5% of their billed amount.
2. The offer will be available for individual postpaid Tata Indicom Mobile customers in Delhi, Jaipur,Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, NESA and J&K locations only.
3. Call drops due to TTSL network and RF related reasons will only be eligible under this offer.
4. This Offer is not available for In-Roaming customers and also not applicable when local customers roam in other circles.

Not applicable in Mumbai, Maharashtra & Goa circles

We pledge to address every bill dispute within 72 hours failing which we will compensate you.

1. We pledge to address the billing complaints from customers within three(3) working days, failing which we will compensate our customers with Rs.25/- for every additional day taken to resolve the complaint, subject to maximum of  of the last billed amount in case of postpaid or last recharge amount in case of prepaid.
2. This offer will be applicable to all Tata Indicom Postpaid, Prepaid, PCO, R-Dell,& Parsec customer.
3. This offer will not apply to Corporate enterprise customers.
4. Billing complaints due to fraudulent cloning calls are not eligible for compensation.

We pledge to attend to your call within 90 seconds, failing which we will call you back.

1. In case we are unable to answer the call within 90 seconds, we will give our customer the option of registering a call back request. For all such requests the call back will be made within 2 hours.
2. Customer has to choose the call back option at the IVR level in order to receive the call back.
3. Callbacks will only be made between 8am and 8 pm.
4. This offer is available on for Tata Indicom Postpaid customers.

We pledge to ensure that you always have a working handset

1. This offer will only be available for select CDMA mobile handsets within the warranty period.
2. Handset will be repaired through our handset partners.
3. Handsets eligible under this offer are the makes of Huawei, Haier & Samsung that are co-branded with Tata/Tata Indicom.
4. Loaner handset will be issued to the customers in case the handset cannot be repaired over the counter at Tata Indicom i-Care Center.
   
5. Handsets which cannot be repaired by the service partners due to various reasons(as provided in the job sheet) will be returned to the customers and the loaner handsets will be recovered from the customers.
6. The service is offered only through our i-Care centers
7. The terms & conditions as specified on the i-care job sheet shall apply
8. TTSL makes this offer as a facilitator to our customers though TTSL does not sell handsets.
