Applicability & Disclaimer

• This Customer Service Charter shall apply to ‘Tata Indicom’ Customer only in the specified circles / locations mentioned herein or as may be extended by Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTL) from time to time.


• This is a Customer Service initiative taken up by TTL to provide best service to Tata Indicom customers and TTL reserves its rights to withdraw, amend and modify this Service Pledge commitment without any notice as it may deem necessary.


• Decision of TTL shall be final and binding on all cases under this offer.


• This offer shall not apply to cases affected by any and all reasons beyond our control (‘force majeure’) including but not limited to natural calamities, act of god, act of terrorism, failure of third parties, etc.


• TTL doesn’t undertake any other incidental, consequential responsibilities and liabilities and this offer is to facilitate the customers and to provide best experience with Tata Indicom.
