Terms and Conditions

The Contest is open to all Tata Indicom subscribers who are residents of India aged 18 years or above.
The Contest is not open for employees and relatives of distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of Tata Teleservices Limited and Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited [“TTL”] and Onmobile Global Ltd.
The medium of participation in the Contest is through 12900 voice station.
The prizes to the subscribers are in the interest of the subscribers. Since 12900 is e a premium service, the charges for postpaid subscribers shall be at Rs 6/min and for prepaid customers at 10 paise/second. The charges paid by the subscribers are towards the service and no additional charge is collected from the subscribers for the Contest.
The Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary. The Contest consists of total 133 multiple-choice General Knowledge questions. Every correct answer will carry 1 point. The Contest is divided into 4 levels.
1. In level 1 there would be 30 winners and subscribers have to answer minimum of 5 questions out of 8 to become eligible for Rs 1000 cash prizes.
2. In level 2 there would be 10 winners and subscribers have to answer minimum of 15 questions out of 20 to become eligible for Rs 2000 cash prize.
3. In level 3 there would be 5 winners and subscribers have to answer minimum of 30 questions out of 40 to become eligible for Rs 10000 cash prizes.
4. In level 4 there would be 2 winners and subscribers have to answer minimum of 50 questions out of 65 to become eligible for Rs 25000 cash prizes. For each level, the winners would be the subscribers who have been qualified for that level and have scored the maximum number of points in shortest point of time. It is not mandatory to play all the 4 levels to be eligible for the prize at any level, however the subscriber cannot skip any level in between and has to make the minimum score to play the next level. The subscriber who qualifies all levels with maximum number of points in shortest point of time at the end of Contest becomes eligible for bumper prize. .
The Contest is valid from 1st July 08 to 31st July 08.
The Contest cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
The Contest is valid only in India.
TTL has the right to modify/amend/alter/cease and change the Contest (or any of these terms) with or without notice or intimation to the participant(s) and customer(s).
TTL does not guarantee or make any representations or warranties regarding the quality, performance, features or capabilities/utility of the prize offered to winner of the Contest and cannot be held responsible and liable in this connection. TTL will not entertain any claims in this regard.
TTSL/its agency is free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute any information/details of the Contest to third parties without limitation.
TTL’s decision shall be final and binding on the customer for any dispute in connection with this Contest.
The prize shall be in the form of cash prize of Rs 1000 at 1st level, Rs 2000 at 2nd level, Rs 10000 at 3rd level and Rs 25000 at 4th level. The bumper prize is for 1 winner and it is 3.5 Lakh rupees cash.
In case there are two or more participants with the same maximum score, then the winner will be the one who has scored the maximum points in the shortest amount of time. The decision of TTL shall be final and binding on the participants of the Contest. TTL shall entertain no dispute in this respect.
The prize can be redeemed only once.
Prize offered on 'NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND' basis.17. Prize is non-endorsable, not transferable and non-substitutable. TTL shall neither be liable nor responsible for the prize. No dispute shall be entertained by TTL
The prize shall be awarded only to the winner in whose name; the mobile phone number is registered.
The prize allotted, if any, on the basis of the accompanying Contest form, cannot be exchanged for any other products, gifts or cash.
Unless specifically agreed by TTL, the prize winner shall be liable to incur all expenses for collection and use of prize allotted to them
To process redemption, the winner should declare his name, address and provide proof of identity.
The manner / mode of declaration of the winner shall be as per discretion of TTL and the winner shall fully co-operate with TTL to ensure such declaration.
The Contest is subject to the any and all applicable local, State, Central or community laws/local customs. These terms and conditions shall be governed, constructed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. All taxes are to be paid by the winner.
All winnings will be subject to local, State, and Central taxes and duties.
The courts in Mumbai alone will have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in any way relating to or concerning these terms and conditions or the Contest or any rights, duties, obligations or liabilities arising there under.
The decision of TTL as to the interpretation of any of these terms and conditions shall be final and binding on the Contest participant.
The winner will be contacted and confirmed only once the Contest is over.
The prize will be distributed not before 20 days from the completion of the Contest
TTL shall not be liable for any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the Contest, caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
TTL shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any participant if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible, through the websites of TTL.

Terms and conditions

All customers who download 10 paid songs will be eligible to win Rs 100 gift voucher.
Prizes will be sent to address mentioned in the records of Tata Indicom.
Prizes will be distributed and delivered to the winners within 20 days of the completion of contest and the list will be displayed on the Web site.
To receive the prizes, winners should continue to be active customers without any arrears of dues.
The contest is not open to employees of TTSL, TTML and Onmobile India Pvt Ltd.
All disputes are subject to Jurisdiction of Courts situated in the city/town in which the main Circle Office of TTSL administering the respective winner’s telephone/mobile connection. is situated.
